Due to many factors, but not limited to the following: customer monitor calibration, printer manufacturer & set up, paper used as well as design & viewing software, Merch For My Band can not 100% guarantee color accuracy of actual printed items.  We will do our absolute best to make sure color on the proof and print color are as close as possible.  Color represented on your monitor will most likely appear brighter than the actual printed item.

An electronic proof will be sent to the customer for final approval.  Customer (that’s you) is responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to printing.  Approval is accepted electronically via email. With final approval the customer is verifying that spelling, grammar and content are all correct.  The layout is accurate and the customer understands that item(s) will print as seen on the proof, less color accuracy (described in earlier section).

After approval, Merch For My Band is not responsible for any errors made by the customer on the final print caused by any of these common reasons, but not limited to: omitted text or punctuation, mistyped and / or misspelled words, or incorrect grammar and / or punctuation.

Additional costs to reprint any item will be the customer’s responsibility.  Any changes made to the proof AFTER final approval but PRIOR to printing may be changed for a fee quoted at time of change request.
